Human Capital is currently hiring a Senior Business Analyst on behalf of our client, in IT Sector. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional who can bridge business needs with technical solutions while driving efficiency and innovation across systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and document existing and upcoming application features.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements across departments.
• Identify process gaps and system inefficiencies through application reviews and real-time data analysis.
• Collaborate with Development, Implementation, and Sales teams to ensure accurate requirement analysis and documentation.
• Communicate system requirements clearly to management and development teams.
• Document user stories, workflows, and requirements in Jira within an Agile framework.
• Author and maintain internal and external documentation.
• Lead daily review meetings with management and document key discussion points and development queries.
• Conduct daily SCRUM meetings with Development Operations to review tasks and resolve issues.
• Own and manage planning, triaging, and release management processes.
• Define and enhance user requirements for production applications to ensure optimal usability.
• Support strategic initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, or systems development.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Agile development methodology.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and testing.
• Excellent technical writing skills.
• Ability to create detailed reports and deliver professional presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
