Senior Business Development Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

We’re seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to lead our business development initiatives across global markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in email marketing, Upwork, and lead generation, along with the ability to manage and mentor a small team to achieve growth targets in the AI, SaaS, and Cloud Solutions domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of business development executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Develop and execute email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and Upwork bidding strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Oversee proposal writing, bidding, and client communication on freelancing and B2B platforms.
  • Ensure consistent team performance through training, guidance, and progress monitoring.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Analyze lead generation and campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Explore new markets, partnerships, and channels to expand the company’s client base.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Business Development, including at least 1–2 years in a team lead or managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of AI, SaaS, and Cloud-based services.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for team success and business growth.
