Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with strong expertise in Cold Email Marketing and Lead Generation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building B2B relationships, and driving revenue growth through well-structured cold outreach campaigns and strategic follow-ups.

This role requires someone with proven experience in prospecting international clients, developing targeted email campaigns, and managing the full sales cycle — from outreach to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute cold email marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads across international markets (US, UK, EU, etc.).
  • Identify, research, and segment potential clients based on industry, geography, and business potential.
  • Write and optimize personalized email sequences to achieve high open and reply rates.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho) to track leads, monitor responses, and manage follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to prepare pitches, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Nurture leads through consistent communication, converting them into active business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements to optimize response and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on the latest email automation tools, industry trends, and outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably with a focus on Cold Email Outreach and B2B Sales.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, Lemlist, Snov.io, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability, warm-up techniques, domain reputation, and A/B testing.
  • Proven track record of closing deals through cold outreach and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in SaaS, digital services, or software solutions (preferred).
