POSITION SUMMARY:
As Senior Business Systems Analyst at OneElmington, you will be responsible for end to end delivery of SharePoint and Power Apps related projects. This role serves as the organization’s expert in designing, building, and implementing modern workflows. This role leads the architecture and delivery of SharePoint solutions, Power Apps, and Power Automate processes that streamline operations, strengthen governance, and enable teams to work more efficiently. The Senior Business Systems Analyst partners with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, user‑friendly systems. This position also drives standards and ensures the organization’s collaboration and automation platforms are reliable, intuitive, and aligned with long‑term business strategy.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Proven track record of delivering complex SharePoint architecture with Power Apps integration
- Strong history of delivering multi-stage, high logic workflows
- Proven track record of designing user friendly interfaces to feed more complex data structures
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and leadership
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills, capable of interpreting complex data and solving problems with structured logic.
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
- Experience in Microsoft Fabric is a plus
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Lead the effort to design and build complex SharePoint data structures - leveraging Lists, Forms, and Power Apps to deliver scalable, well-structured, data solutions in a clear, user-friendly format
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions, providing expert guidance on SharePoint structure, data modeling, and Power Platform best practices.
- Develop and present workflow diagrams and process maps that clearly outline decision logic, data movement, and integration points across systems
- Design intuitive user experiences that simplify data entry, reduce friction, and support efficient end‑to‑end business processes
- Build, test, and deploy high‑logic applications and automated workflows, ensuring reliability, performance, and alignment with organizational standards
- Act as the SME for Microsoft O365 infrastructure capabilities, limitations, and strategic decision making
- Provide data governance and security framework to comply with organizational policies
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
- 4+ years of experience working in SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
