Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Client Relations & Project Manager to join our team as a hybrid account leader and operations expert. This role is ideal for someone who can build trusted client relationships, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure reliable execution of orders and campaigns.
You’ll act as a concierge-level partner for clients—managing key accounts, providing strategic guidance, and overseeing the full order lifecycle, including quoting, production, and delivery. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-minded, and experienced in managing both people and processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relations & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring consistent, high-touch service
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and trust-building
- Understand client branding, event, and campaign needs to deliver tailored merchandise solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve relationships within existing accounts
- Collaborate with sales leadership to support new business efforts, RFPs, and onboarding of new clients
Order & Project Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of orders and projects—from quoting and approvals to production, shipping, and post-delivery follow-up
- Work closely with vendors to source products, confirm pricing and availability, and ensure timely, accurate delivery
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and project management systems, tracking orders, timelines, inventory, and status updates
- Monitor quality control, ensuring all branded products meet client and company standards
- Resolve any client or vendor issues quickly and professionally, maintaining client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in client services, project/account management, or business development—preferably in the promotional products, marketing, or branding industries

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Prolonged periods standing during fulfilment projects
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times
- Occasional conference/sales travel and special event attendance is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
