Senior Corporate Consultant Manager

The Junior Corporate Consultant & Operations Executive supports the team in acquiring and guiding SMEs and corporates through their expansion journey. This role focuses on research, analysis, and operational coordination to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality client engagement. It also contributes to building strategic connections between businesses and partners.


Requirements

• Assist in preparing market analyses, presentations, and strategic proposals
• Support acquisition efforts through structured preparation and follow-up
• Maintain CRM data and documentation for expansion projects
• Coordinate internal processes between consulting, legal, and operations teams
• Conduct research on regulatory, economic, and industry developments
• Contribute to reporting and performance tracking
• Support initiatives that foster strategic networking between clients and partners
• Initial experience or strong interest in international business, consulting, or corporate strategy
• Analytical mindset and structured working style
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in market entry strategies, corporate structuring, and international expansion topics
• Fluent in German and English
