Navado Talent are currently recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Delivery Consultant, who is experienced in technology recruitment with a proven background in sourcing and managing perm recruitment requitements, to join a mature and well-established agency in central Dubai.

What will the role involve?

Supporting the tech and digital teams, you will play a key role in sourcing candidates for SME’s, BCorps through to large Plc’s. You will have access to some of the best recruitment tools to aid your search for tech talent to match client briefs and job descriptions.

You will build profound and trusted candidate relationships through thorough candidate qualification calls and virtual calls.

This role does not just include working with candidates. You will also liaise with clients from job briefing stage, through the interview process to offer and acceptance stage.

• A successful track record in permanent recruitment ideally within the IT sector, whether 360 or previous delivery
• Able to work across a large number of clients with the ability to juggle a number of vacancies and still deliver quality
