Role Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager with 8+ years of proven experience in eCommerce growth and marketplace scaling. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and multi-channel paid media, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth, optimize performance marketing, and lead data-driven decision-making.

This is a leadership-level role responsible for owning digital growth strategy, marketplace expansion, customer acquisition, retention marketing, and full-funnel performance optimization across regional and international markets (especially UAE/GCC).

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic eCommerce & Marketplace Leadership

  • Develop and execute end-to-end eCommerce growth strategies across Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and other regional/global marketplaces.
  • Lead marketplace expansion, product launch strategies, and revenue scaling initiatives.
  • Oversee advanced listing optimization (SEO, A+ content, enhanced brand content).
  • Manage pricing strategy, promotions, demand forecasting, and competitor intelligence.
  • Monitor marketplace algorithm updates and adapt strategy accordingly.
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth.

2. Performance Marketing & Paid Media Strategy

  • Architect and scale high-performance paid campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • TikTok Ads
  • Amazon PPC & DSP
  • Noon Sponsored Ads
  • Own budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI optimization.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, LTV, and customer acquisition scalability.
  • Implement advanced retargeting, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization strategies.
  • Conduct attribution modeling and cross-channel performance analysis.

3. Brand, Content & Social Commerce Strategy

  • Develop comprehensive content and social commerce strategies aligned with brand positioning.
  • Lead creative direction for performance ads, product storytelling, and video marketing.
  • Manage social media calendars, influencer collaborations, and community growth initiatives.
  • Align content strategy with conversion and revenue objectives.

4. Data Analytics, Reporting & Business Intelligence

  • Define and track KPIs including Revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, CVR, CTR, and retention metrics.
  • Build performance dashboards using GA4, Meta Business Manager, and marketplace analytics.
  • Deliver executive-level monthly and quarterly performance reports.
  • Translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Conduct cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and profitability analysis.

5. Shopify & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Lead UX/UI improvements and conversion strategy for Shopify store.
  • Implement A/B testing for product pages, landing pages, checkout flow, and ads.
  • Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and technical SEO.
  • Integrate and manage Shopify apps, CRM, and automation tools.
  • Improve retention marketing through email flows, abandoned cart sequences, and lifecycle campaigns.

6. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor junior marketers, content creators, and performance specialists.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and product teams for synchronized growth.
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers when required.
  • Ensure alignment between digital marketing strategy and overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years in eCommerce.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling revenue on Amazon, Noon, and Shopify.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, CRO, and performance analytics.
  • Proven experience managing large advertising budgets with measurable ROI.
  • Deep understanding of digital attribution models and multi-channel funnels.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills & Expertise

  • Advanced knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central.
  • Experience with Shopify Plus (preferred).
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM & automation tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with heatmap tools (Hotjar, Crazy Egg) and CRO platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UAE/GCC eCommerce landscape and consumer behavior.
  • Experience managing cross-border eCommerce operations.
