Senior Growth & Marketing Strategist
We are looking for a Senior Growth & Marketing Strategist to design and execute data-driven marketing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across the EU and US markets. The ideal candidate has strong experience with performance marketing (PPC), email marketing, and social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X), with a deep understanding of technology and professional services industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to EU and US markets, ensuring cultural and regulatory alignment.
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other ad networks.
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and increase conversions.
- Create, schedule, and analyze campaigns on LinkedIn and Twitter/X to boost brand visibility and pipeline generation.
- Partner with sales and product teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives.
- Conduct market research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Track, measure, and report on KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Continuously test, iterate, and refine strategies to maximize ROI and growth outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or demand generation roles within technology or services industries.
- Proven success managing PPC campaigns and paid social ads with measurable ROI.
- Hands-on experience with email automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, or similar).
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Twitter Ads.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy regulations in EU and US.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different markets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) for B2B.
- Knowledge of SEO and content strategy as part of integrated growth efforts.
- Ability to manage cross-channel budgets and forecast performance.
