Senior Draftsman Architectural

Role Overview:

Fulcrum Architects is seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman to join our team in DHA, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and experience in preparing architectural drawings for commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare design proposals and working drawings for commercial and residential projects.
• Develop construction drawings and coordinate with MEP and structural drawings.
• Create detailed interior and exterior layouts and finishing plans.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with architectural standards.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with an architectural consultancy firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Google SketchUp, and Revit.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
