We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing software services organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international software services sales and proven experience working within a software house environment only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute international email marketing and sales strategies for software services.
• Drive B2B sales for custom software development, web/mobile applications, and digital solutions.
• Identify, develop, and manage international clients through inbound and outbound channels.
• Build and manage sales pipelines, proposals, and negotiations with overseas clients.
• Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate solution offerings.
• Manage branding, lead generation campaigns, and performance marketing initiatives.
• Represent the company in international markets, meetings, and virtual presentations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–7 years of proven experience in email marketing and selling software services.
• Mandatory: Prior experience working in a software house only.
• Strong exposure to international markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with B2B sales, proposal writing, and client negotiations.
• Strong understanding of software development services and delivery models.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with international platforms, partnerships, or enterprise clients.
• Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making abilities.
