Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Email Marketer to lead our email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in multiple email marketing platforms, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record of driving engagement, conversions, and revenue through strategic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Design, build, and optimize email campaigns, flows, and automation sequences
- Create compelling email copy and coordinate with design teams for visually appealing layouts
- Segment audiences and personalize campaigns to maximize performance
- Manage and optimize email deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, timing, and CTAs to improve campaign performance
- Monitor KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI
- Integrate email marketing efforts with broader digital marketing strategies
- Maintain and improve database health, list hygiene, and audience segmentation
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align messaging and campaigns

Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing
- Proven success in managing high-performing email campaigns
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
- Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, automation, and customer journeys
- Experience working with international audiences or clients
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email customization is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Knowledge of marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing
- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
- Basic knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data syncing between tools
