Senior Executive - HR

Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics for management review.
  • Assist in drafting and issuing appointment letters and other HR documents.
  • Responsible to facilitate team lead in preparation of department and annual HR plan.
  • Coordinate with HOD’s for vacant position .
  • Implement PH recruitment policy in its true sprit.
  • Responsible to conduct exit interview and shared the reports with Team Lead.
  • Prepare monthly turnover reports with the analysis.
  • Conduct screening of CV’s as per the JD’s and facilitate TA team lead in initial interview.
  • Responsible to initiate probation completion activity in consultation with all HOD’s & Team Lead
  • Responsible to issue probation completion or extension letters to employees.
  • Responsible to obtain all required documents from new employees before the joining.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance of formalities form new employees like pre medical tests, e.t.c
  • Responsible to manage employee personal files.
  • Asist Team Lead on other operation matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's / Master degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
