Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, training support, compliance, and employee relations. The role ensures effective implementation of HR policies and smooth HR operations in line with organizational goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in manpower planning and recruitment as per organizational requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and selection processes
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
  • Conduct employee induction and orientation programs

Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain personal files of employees with complete documentation
  • Update HR registers, attendance records, and leave records
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper filing of employee information

Payroll & Attendance

  • Coordinate attendance, overtime, and leave data for payroll processing
  • Assist in salary processing, deductions, and statutory compliance
  • Address payroll-related employee queries

Training & Development

  • Coordinate internal and external training programs
  • Maintain training records and training effectiveness evaluations
  • Support continuing professional development initiatives

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Implement HR policies and procedures as per organizational guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and NABH standards (if applicable)
  • Support audits and inspections related to HR

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related concerns
  • Support grievance handling and employee engagement activities
  • Promote a positive and professional work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
