Senior Executive HR

Job Summary:

The Senior Executive in Human Resources - Operations is responsible for managing and optimizing the operational functions of the HR department. This role plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and compliant delivery of HR services to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Streamline and improve HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and employee records management.

· Ensure the efficient flow of HR operations and minimize bottlenecks.

· Ensure HR processes and practices comply with legal requirements.

· Generate and submit HR-related reports and documentation as needed.

· Oversee HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software systems.

· Collaborate with IT to ensure the HR technology infrastructure is secure and operational.

· Provide training and support to HR staff on system usage.

· Prepare reports and dashboards for HR and senior management to support decision-making.

· Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both physical and electronic.

· Ensure records retention policies and practices are followed.

· Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

· Communicate policy changes and ensure understanding among employees

· Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues related to HR operations.

· Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including salaried and hourly workers.

· Conduct regular payroll audits to identify discrepancies and resolve payroll-related issues promptly.

· Calculate leave balances, accruals, and entitlements accurately.

· Coordinate with managers and employees to schedule leaves that minimize operational disruptions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree in HR or related field may be preferred).

· Several years of HR experience with a focus on HR operations and process management.

· In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

· Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software systems.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
