Senior Executive - Production

Bachelors in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering2–3 years in FMCG, Process Industry, or Packaging OperationsStrong technical understanding of FMCG manufacturing processes, packaging and machinery, for Home / Personal / Air care productsAssist in planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering, packaging, and process improvement projects Coordinate with suppliers, engineering, quality / relevant departments Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, cost reduction, and quality improvementEvaluate technical options for new machines according to product and process Knowledge and participation of GMP, safety standards, FAT/SAT protocols, quality systems and to conduct capability assessment, process verification, and technology transferExposure to Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies
