Senior HR Executive

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to manpower control at factory.
• Manage legal activities under Factory Act, Labour Laws, and related statutory returns.
• Coordinate and liaise with local authorities (Mamlatdar, Collector, District Officers, etc.).
• Handle labour relations and issues, ensuring smooth operations and dispute resolution.
• Manage attendance, payroll processing, PF, ESIC, and Gratuity.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process for workers and staff.
• Support management in implementing HR policies, employee engagement, and welfare activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,001.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
