Responsibilities
- Payroll Management:
- Handle payroll processing, including PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), and generating challans.
- Create and distribute salary slips.
- Attendance and Leave Management:
- Manage and monitor employee attendance and leave balances.
- Recruitment:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Onboarding and Induction:
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
- Employee Database Management:
- Maintain and update the employee database accurately.
- Documentation:
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Employee Relations:
- Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Skills:
- Strong recruiting skills and a proven ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
- Proficient in payroll management, PF, ESI, and creating salary slips.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
