Sky Ocean Shipping is a UAE-based logistics and freight forwarding company providing global shipping and supply chain solutions. The India office functions as the back-end support center, handling documentation, coordination, and administrative operations for the UAE headquarters.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations for our India back-office team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing HR processes within a professional service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding for India operations.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Handle HR documentation – offer letters, confirmations, and exits.
• Support employee engagement and address employee queries.
• Liaise with UAE management for reporting and coordination of HR activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources / Business Administration.
• 1–4 years of experience in HR operations ( Logistics Industry Preffered).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
• Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
