About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Executive to join our growing team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end HR operations, strategic planning, and talent development. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
• Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company’s objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HR staff.
• Collaborate with senior management on organizational development and workforce planning.
• Handle administrative and operational HR activities efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
