Role Summary:

Experienced Senior HR Executive specializing in bulk recruitment, manpower planning, and end-to-end HR operations for multi-outlet restaurant operations. Skilled in rapid hiring, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and workforce coordination to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managed end-to-end recruitment and staffing for all restaurant roles including Managers, Captains, Stewards, Kitchen Staff, Delivery Executives, and Housekeeping staff
• Handle urgent hiring to meet outlet manpower requirements within deadlines
• Sourced candidates through job portals, walk-ins, consultancies, referrals, and local hiring drives
• Conducted screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding processes
• Organized walk-in interviews and recruitment campaigns
• Built and maintained a strong candidate database/pipeline
• Managed employee documentation, attendance, and leave records
• Coordinated payroll inputs, overtime, and incentives
• Ensured statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labour laws)
• Addressed employee grievances and supported engagement initiatives
• Coordinated with Operations team for manpower planning and smooth outlet functioning
