Senior HR Executive

Job Title: Senior HR Executive (Legal Expertise Required)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior HR professional with strong knowledge of labor laws and legal compliance. The candidate will handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, legal documentation, and ensure company policies are aligned with applicable labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee relations and handle disciplinary matters, including show-cause notices and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage legal documentation related to employment contracts, warnings, suspensions, and disputes.
  • Coordinate with legal advisors on employment-related cases.
  • Handle grievance management and workplace investigations.
  • Support management in resolving sensitive HR matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure audit readiness.
  • Guide HR team on compliance-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Law (LLB preferred).
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to legal and compliance matters.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally.
