Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and manage all HR operations at our Kochi office.
- The role includes recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, and end-to-end HR process management.
- Ensure all people initiatives align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and administration
- Lead recruitment for mid-level and senior positions
- Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and labor laws
- Handle the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and exit processes
- Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters effectively
- Plan and implement employee engagement, welfare, and retention programs
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review
Required Experience & Skills
- 8+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to HR operations
- Proven expertise in payroll management, recruitment, and overall HR processes
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management abilities
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
