Role Summary
You will provide strategic leadership for the full spectrum of human resources and corporate communications. This dual role combines shaping people strategies that fuel business success with building strong internal engagement and external brand reputation, all while ensuring full regulatory compliance and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
Core Responsibilities
Human Resources Leadership
- Formulate and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs that directly support the company’s vision, goals, and growth.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations.
- Ensure full compliance with Pakistani labour laws, regulations, and internal standards.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and a positive, engaging workplace environment.
- Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the executive team on people matters.
Communications & Branding
- Design and deliver impactful internal communications that inform, engage, and motivate employees.
- Manage external communications, media relations, public relations, corporate storytelling, and brand consistency.
- Develop and maintain aligned messaging that reflects company values and strategic direction.
- Lead crisis communications preparedness and response.
- Support CSR initiatives and stakeholder relationship management where relevant.
Team & Functional Leadership
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-calibre HR and Communications team.
- Drive adoption of modern HR tech, digital tools, and communication platforms to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 12–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior/head-level roles.
- Strong expertise in strategic HR, organisational development, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Solid knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Communications, branding, public relations, or corporate affairs experience is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs500,000.00 - Rs700,000.00 per month
