Flo Mattress is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer sleep solutions brand, focused on delivering high-quality mattresses and sleep products designed for comfort and innovation.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and design hiring strategies.
• Source top talent through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes.
• Maintain talent pipelines and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced or D2C environment).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience hiring for tech, marketing, and operations roles preferred.

Compensation: ₹15–20 LPA (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
