Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter to independently handle end-to-end recruitment for ZGP and its group companies. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organised, and strong in stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure

* Handle Walk - In and niche hiring across sales, production, creative, and corporate roles

* Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines

* Use job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna) for sourcing candidates

* Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure smooth closures

* Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards

* Support onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities

* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

* 3–7 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition

* Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and job portals

* Excellent communication and follow-up skills

* Ability to handle deadlines and multi-tasking

* Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for reporting

* Experience in creative / media / service industry is an added advantage
