Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced HR Recruiter with 5–10 years of recruitment experience who can take ownership of our hiring pipeline and help us bring in top-tier professionals.

You will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and securing top talent across multiple departments, ensuring that Source Code Academia continues to grow with a strong and capable team.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, strategic, and passionate about recruitment excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to final hiring.
  • Source high-quality candidates through professional networks, job portals, and recruitment platforms.
  • Identify and engage top-performing professionals who align with company goals.
  • Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate with department heads to finalize hiring decisions.

Candidate Screening & Evaluation

  • Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, and role fit.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates professionally.
  • Perform reference checks and background verification when required.

Recruitment Strategy & Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to reduce hiring time and improve candidate quality.
  • Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, candidate quality, and hiring efficiency.

Employer Branding

  • Represent the company professionally on recruitment platforms and professional networks.
  • Maintain a strong employer brand that attracts top talent.
  • Build relationships with professionals and industry networks to expand the hiring pool.

HR Coordination

  • Coordinate with the HR team for smooth onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports for management.
  • Ensure recruitment practices follow organizational policies and hiring standards.

RequirementsEducation

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA-HR preferred).

Experience

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience hiring for multiple roles and departments.
  • Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or other hiring portals.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in talent sourcing and candidate acquisition
  • Excellent interviewing and evaluation skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of modern recruitment tools and HR systems

Work Environment & Hours

  • Location: Rawalpindi (On-site)
  • Working Days: Monday – Saturday
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including 1-hour break)
