To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Senior HR Specialist who will play a key role in managing the company’s human capital, ensuring organizational efficiency, and fostering a performance-driven and positive work culture.

Position Overview

The Senior HR Specialist will oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training, compensation, and compliance. This role requires a strategic and hands-on HR professional who can partner with management to align people strategies with business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for all positions (retail, operations, design, production, and corporate).
  • Develop job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Performance Management

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and transparent evaluation.
  • Work with department heads to define KPIs and drive performance improvement plans.
  • Analyze workforce performance data to support organizational planning.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
  • Design and implement employee learning initiatives to support career growth and succession planning.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Recommend improvements to compensation and benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent HR practices.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement activities to strengthen workplace culture.
  • Handle grievances and disciplinary matters in line with HR policies and regulations.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and HRIS data.
  • Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or furniture industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
