Senior HSE Officer – Infrastructure Projects (Dubai RTA)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior HSE Officer with strong experience in Dubai infrastructure projects (RTA preferred) to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across major works including roads, bridges, underpasses, and utility networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies in line with RTA, Dubai Municipality, and OSHA standards
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
• Ensure compliance with Traffic Management (TTM) and work zone safety requirements
• Lead toolbox talks, safety trainings, and awareness programs
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and authorities on HSE matters
• Maintain proper documentation including method statements, risk assessments, and permits
• Monitor subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant field
• NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure / civil projects
• Dubai RTA project experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations in UAE
• Experience in roads, bridges, utilities, and traffic diversions (TTM)
• Good communication and reporting skills
