As we scale our footprint in Karachi, we are looking for Global Human Resources Manager to build, run, and lead our people operations — with the systems, professionalism, and strategic thinking required to meet U.S. and international standards.

Role Summary:

As Senior Human Resources Manager , you will have end-to-end ownership of all HR, talent, compliance, payroll, and administrative functions in our Karachi office, while also supporting hiring and HR collaboration across our U.S. operations. You’ll manage cross-functional recruiting, oversee platform workflows (LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee, ATS), run local payroll, and coordinate closely with U.S. tools like ADP , etc.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Hiring Ownership

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment : job design, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
  • Source top talent across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed (U.S. + Pakistan), Rozee.pk, and niche platforms .
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for tech, creative, operations, marketing, and admin roles.
  • Implement structured interviews, candidate scoring frameworks , and hiring dashboards.
  • Drive international hiring coordination , including support for H-1B and global contractors.


Payroll (Local & Coordination)

  • Pakistan Payroll : Calculate monthly salaries, handle tax deductions, track attendance/leave, issue payslips, and ensure compliance (SESSI, EOBI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain payroll logs, employee classifications, pay adjustments, and data sync across systems.


HR Infrastructure & Compliance

  • Draft and manage all HR documentation including employment contracts, NDAs, SOPs, onboarding docs, and termination records .
  • Build and enforce a modern HR policy framework aligned with both Pakistani and U.S. standards.
  • Track and maintain employee records, visa documentation, internal performance logs , etc.
  • Manage compliance reporting, grievance handling , and support for disciplinary procedures.


Performance & Culture Leadership

  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new hires.
  • Launch and manage employee performance evaluation cycles , goal tracking, and review systems.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives , retention programs, team feedback loops.
  • Serve as people advisor to department heads on team development, succession, and accountability.


Office Administration & Operations

  • Manage day-to-day office operations: stationery, office supplies, equipment, facility upkeep, vendor relationships .
  • Track asset management , petty cash, and general administrative inventory.
  • Ensure the office is well-organized, professional, and operationally smooth at all times.
  • Coordinate with building management, security, and utility services as needed.


Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Certifications like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or CIPD is a plus.


Experience

  • 4–6 years in Human Resources Management, including:
  • Hands-on payroll experience in Pakistan
  • ATS tools (ADP, Gusto, Deel, Workable, etc.)
  • High-growth startup or international business exposure
  • Proven ability to recruit and scale teams across functions .
  • Experience managing HR audits, local labor law compliance , and HR ops at scale.


Technical Proficiency

  • HR/ATS Platforms: JazzHR, Zoho Recruit, Workable, BambooHR, Zoho People
  • Payroll: ADP(U.S.); Local PK payroll via Excel or QuickBooks
  • Hiring Platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, Rozee.pk, Indeed (U.S.), Mustakbil
  • Productivity Tools: Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Notion


Soft Skills

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) — must interface confidently with U.S.-based teams.
  • High attention to detail, discretion, emotional intelligence, and team-building ability.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of building systems from the ground up.
