Senior Interior Designer

The Role
This is an opportunity to join a Dubai-based design studio known for strong leadership, excellent staff retention, and a clear international expansion strategy. The studio operates within a defined niche, delivering projects that are purposeful, commercially sound, and highly regarded in their sector. You must have strong technical/delivery skills too to do well in this role. • Lead and deliver projects across all stages, from briefing and detailed design through to construction and handover • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project delivery • Manage internal design teams and support junior team members as projects progress • Produce, review, and oversee technical documentation to maintain design quality • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and trust • Work within established systems and processes while contributing to their ongoing improvement • Revit experience would be highly beneficial, though training and development support is available for the right person

Requirements
You are a interior designer or interior architect who is genuinely comfortable delivering projects from start to finish. You understand how projects need to move from early briefing through to construction and handover, and you take responsibility for protecting design quality through every stage rather than only at concept. You value structure, clarity, and good coordination, and you work best in studios that trust their people, invest in long-term growth, and care about delivering meaningful work properly. • Proven experience delivering projects across all stages, from early design through to site and completion • Strong understanding of technical design, coordination, and construction processes • Comfortable taking ownership of projects and managing competing priorities • Confident working with clients, consultants, and internal teams • Background in workplace design or another design sector with transferable delivery skills • Interest in continuous improvement and developing within a growing international studio
