Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Concept Development

• Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design ideas for hotel projects
• Prepare mood boards, design presentations, and material selections
• Ensure designs align with brand identity and hospitality standards

Project Management

• Manage multiple hospitality projects from concept through completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Technical & Execution

• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with design intent
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and design accuracy

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Present design concepts and proposals to clients
• Incorporate client feedback while maintaining design integrity
• Liaise with hotel operators and brand representatives

Team Leadership

• Mentor and guide junior designers
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams
• Ensure adherence to company design standards and processes

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in interior design
• Mandatory experience in hotel/hospitality projects in Dubai or GCC
• Proven portfolio of completed hotel projects

Skills

• Strong design creativity and conceptual thinking
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of local authority regulations in Dubai
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management and leadership abilities
