Senior IT Manager (Enterprise Systems)

About the Role:
FeroziTech IT & Digital Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior IT Manager (Enterprise Systems) to lead enterprise IT infrastructure, systems integration, and digital transformation initiatives in Kuwait City. This role focuses on managing enterprise platforms, ensuring system reliability, and aligning IT operations with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Systems Leadership: Oversee enterprise IT systems including ERP, CRM, and core business platforms
• IT Infrastructure Management: Manage servers, networks, cloud environments, and system architecture
• Digital Transformation: Drive modernization of enterprise systems and technology adoption
• Systems Integration: Ensure seamless integration across enterprise applications and platforms
• Cybersecurity Oversight: Implement security policies, risk management, and data protection strategies
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with business units, vendors, and executive leadership
• Team Leadership: Lead IT teams, system administrators, and technical specialists

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in IT management, enterprise systems, or infrastructure leadership
• Skills: Strong technical, strategic planning, and leadership capabilities
• Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with enterprise systems (ERP/CRM), cloud platforms, and IT governance
• Leadership: Ability to manage large IT teams and enterprise-scale environments

Pay: KD2,800.000 - KD3,800.000 per month
