Position Summary:

Al-Haadi Mobilya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Specialist to manage, maintain, and improve the company’s IT infrastructure and digital assets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations, supporting users, implementing new technologies, and enhancing system security and efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the company’s entire IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
  • Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for all departments.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and network equipment.
  • Ensure data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery protocols are in place and functioning.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Manage and maintain ERP systems, POS systems, and internal databases.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Train and support staff on IT-related tools, software, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to IT systems, procedures, and support logs.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and installations with minimal disruption.
  • Assist in IT budgeting and procurement of hardware/software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, firewalls, and security tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems, CCTV management, email servers, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA, or similar are a plus.
  • Experience in IT support for multi-location operations.
  • Familiarity with inventory, production, or retail management software.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
