Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage survey teams, plan projects, develop work plans, and allocate resources.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Conduct complex boundary, topographic, and construction surveys; analyze field data; ensure accuracy.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain precise survey maps, legal descriptions, sketches, and reports for various stakeholders.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise, mentor junior surveyors, and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with clients, project managers, government agencies, and legal teams.
- Equipment & Software: Utilize advanced surveying equipment (GPS, Total Stations) and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS).
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Certification: Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in land surveying, with proven experience in managing projects.
- Skills: Strong mathematical, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; attention to detail.
