Senior Land Surveyor

Job Title: Land Surveyor (Civil Engineering/Construction company)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with at least 5 years of experience in civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land and site surveys, establishing control points, and ensuring accurate measurements to support construction activities. The Land Surveyor will work closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure that all works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and construction surveys to establish reference points, levels, and boundaries.
• Perform topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys.
• Set out works on site according to project drawings and specifications.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level.
• Verify survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Prepare survey reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site supervisors regarding survey requirements.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with survey data.
• Maintain accurate records of survey results, calculations, and field notes.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Conduct as-built surveys and prepare final survey documentation.
