Senior Manager – Credit Control

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES

1. Adherence to Credit policies and procedures

2. Reporting on SLA and ensuring that agreed timelines are adhered

3. Approval/Rejection of credit application turnaround time

4. Providing information to commercial, business and finance team, wherever required, to act on timely basis (related to collections, resolving queries and customer management).

5. Resolving queries raised by internal and external audit by providing data on timely basis.

Preparing periodic management reports as per the timelines.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL

§ Experience within their respective area/department in addition to:

o Financial reporting and accounting standards (IFRS)

o Financial controls and governance

o Finance operations and respective processes

o Relevant business models and value chains i.e., Real Estate, Construction, Manufacturing, Trading

o ERP systems in the context of how they enable Finance operations and process execution

o Process automation such as RPA, Service Delivery / Ticketing solutions, OCR etc.

§ Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently

Personal gravitas and strong stakeholder management

EXPERIENCE

7+ years’ experience in a similar role/industry with 4-5 years’ experience in large multinational or local company

PREFERRED: Experience in the Middle East

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per month
