What You’ll Do

Aggregator Growth & Partnership Management

  • Own and manage end-to-end relationships with Zomato, and other delivery partners.
  • Negotiate visibility campaigns, platform tie-ups, and strategic initiatives to maximize brand reach and order volume.

Performance & Revenue Optimization

  • Drive P&L ownership for the aggregator business with a strong focus on gross margin expansion and sustainable growth.
  • Lead menu engineering, mix analysis, and pricing strategies to boost both sales and profitability.
  • Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and visibility initiatives in collaboration with marketing and operations teams.

Data Analytics & Insights

  • Develop and maintain detailed dashboards and daily reports highlighting performance trends, category insights, and key action areas.
  • Analyze sales patterns, consumer behavior, and competitor data to identify growth levers.
  • Deliver actionable insights to management, ensuring data-backed decisions at every level.

Strategic Growth Leadership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain) to align growth initiatives with business goals.
  • Experiment with new digital and aggregator-led initiatives to drive AOV, conversions, repeat rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Forecast performance, plan budgets, and set quarterly growth targets for aggregator channels.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–12 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or aggregator management, preferably in the F&B, QSR, or consumer tech space.
  • Proven track record of managing Zomato partnerships or similar delivery aggregator platforms.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills – able to turn data into actionable strategies.
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, visibility mechanics, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills – able to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ownership mindset, strategic thinking, and a passion for scaling growth channels profitably.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
