Role Overview :

The Senior Manager - Marketing will lead and elevate the marketing function of ACE Money Transfer in Pakistan, driving strategic initiatives across global markets. This role is pivotal in shaping ACE’s brand and growth journey as a leading cross-border fintech connecting millions of customers worldwide. We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader who can blend data-driven performance marketing with brand storytelling - inspiring a high-performing team, collaborating with global stakeholders, and delivering measurable growth in customer acquisition, retention, and brand equity. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in digital performance marketing, brand leadership, customer engagement, and a deep understanding of remittances, diaspora behaviour, and fintech innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with ACE’s vision to simplify global money transfers and accelerate digital transformation.
  • Partner with the C-Suite on go-to-market strategies, customer-centric innovation, and organisational transformation initiatives.
  • Represent the marketing function in strategic forums, providing actionable insights into market trends, customer behaviour, and brand performance.
  • Translate company objectives into data-backed marketing plans with measurable OKRs, ensuring alignment with ACE’s global expansion roadmap across the UK, Europe, GCC, North America, and Asia-Pacific

Performance & Growth Marketing

  • Lead data-driven customer acquisition and retention campaigns across key digital channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, affiliates). Optimise ROAS, CAC, and LTV while scaling growth in new markets (U.S., New Zealand, and the Middle East) and enhancing performance in core corridors such as the UK-Pakistan, Europe-South Asia, and GCC-Africa.
  • Implement A/B testing, attribution modelling, and advanced analytics to refine media mix and maximise ROI.
  • Strengthen partnerships with global media and digital agencies to drive efficiency and impact. 3. Brand Strategy & Customer Engagement
  • Define and evolve ACE Money Transfer’s global brand identity, ensuring consistency across markets while tailoring messaging to local diaspora audiences.
  • Lead brand storytelling, content marketing, social media engagement, and influencer collaborations to amplify ACE’s purpose and emotional connection with customers.
  • Drive CRM, lifecycle marketing, and automation initiatives that nurture long-term relationships and improve retention.
  • Leverage personalization, segmentation, and behavioural insights to increase engagement and conversion across customer journeys

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and mentor a diverse, cross-functional marketing team in Pakistan across performance, brand, content, CRM, product marketing, and analytics.
  • Build capabilities through ongoing training, coaching and empowerment - fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and agility.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with global teams in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, ensuring alignment across campaigns and shared objectives.
  • Champion a data-informed, results-oriented team environment that thrives on measurable impact. 5. Product, Data & Innovation Collaboration.
  • Partner closely with Product, Data, and Technology teams to align marketing strategy with ACE’s fintech innovations and digital platform enhancements.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new app features, product launches, and digital payment solutions.
  • Use market insights and customer feedback to localize messaging for different regions while maintaining brand coherence.
  • Contribute to ACE’s innovation roadmap by identifying customer needs and emerging fintech opportunities

Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 4+ years in senior leadership roles within fintech, payments, or technology-driven industries.
  • Proven success in performance marketing, customer acquisition, retention and brand management across multiple international markets.
  • Any other additional tasks & assignments assigned by the Management.
  • Strong understanding of diaspora communities and ethnic marketing, particularly within the UK, Europe, GCC, and North America corridors.
  • Experience managing international campaigns, agencies, and distributed teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Looker, HubSpot, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to Islamabad/Rawalpindi headquarters and other key global markets. Preferred Attributes.
  • Prior experience in remittance, cross-border fintech, or mobile-first financial services.
  • Strong grasp of regulatory, cultural, and competitive nuances across international corridors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, transformation, and growth-stage challenges.
