Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns. As a key bridge between clients and internal teams, you'll manage timelines, allocate resources, and ensure quality deliverables on time and within scope. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of digital marketing processes, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for teamwork.
Core Responsibilities:
Online Growth Strategy & Execution
- Architect and manage digital campaigns focused on user acquisition, traffic growth, lead generation, and sales
- Translate client goals into scalable digital marketing strategies using SEO, SMO, paid media, and content marketing
- Lead initiatives that improve website visibility, authority, and conversion performance
- Develop growth plans using funnel analysis, competitive audits, and customer journey mapping
Performance Marketing Leadership
- Oversee cross-channel marketing efforts: SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Performance Max), Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Implement data-driven experiments to improve campaign ROAS, CPL, and CAC
- Collaborate with media buyers, analysts, and content creators to drive continuous optimization
- Maximize organic and paid performance through analytics-backed strategy
SEO & SMO Expertise
- Lead advanced SEO strategies: on-page optimization, link building, Core Web Vitals, local SEO, technical audits
- Align all SEO efforts with Google's evolving algorithms, including SGE, passage indexing, and EEAT standards
- Design and execute SMO campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Threads
- Ensure social content is optimized for reach, relevance, and engagement
Team & Client Management
- Manage full project lifecycle—from strategy development to execution, QA, and performance review
- Lead internal teams (SEO, media, social, dev, content) to ensure aligned execution and results
- Act as the primary contact for high-value clients, offering proactive communication, performance insights, and growth recommendations
- Maintain timelines, budgets, and scopes using tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor performance via GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, and paid media dashboards
- Deliver insightful reports, forecasts, and improvement strategies
- Use A/B testing, heatmaps, user flow, and behavioral data to refine digital experiences
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years in digital marketing, agency experience preferred
- Proven track record of scaling online growth and improving ROI through multi-channel strategiesMastery of
- SEO best practices

- Strong command of marketing tools: GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Tag Manager, Trello/ClickUp

Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Certifications like Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or PMP are a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a marketing agency setting
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
