We are hiring Elite Medicare Executives who know how to take live transfers and inbound calls and turn them into deals.

• Handle inbound/live transfer medicare calls
• Manage 15–40 calls per day (shift dependent)
• Present coverage options and carriers
• Build value and overcome objections
• Complete compliant applications
• Ensure TCPA and consent compliance
• Get the customer ready to sign up

Requirements (MUST HAVE)

• 3+ year medicare telesales experience
• Proven production history
• Ability to handle high call volume
• Strong objection handling
• Experience with multiple Medicare carriers
• Proven Track Record

Compensation

• Base Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000 (based on experience)
• Uncapped Commissions per sold deal
• Performance Bonuses
• Career Growth: Team Lead / Sales Manager roles for top performers

Top performers can earn significantly above base salary.
