Senior MEP Estimator

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior MEP Estimation Engineer who specializes in fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing precise MEP cost estimates, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop detailed and accurate MEP cost estimates specifically for fit-out projects.

* Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to create comprehensive estimates.

* Collaborate closely with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to gather and validate data.

* Ensure all estimates align with project budgets and company standards.

* Review and verify cost data, quotations, and bids for accuracy.

* Assist project managers with cost control and budget management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP estimation, with a focus on fit-out projects.

* Strong understanding of MEP systems, materials, and industry standards.

* Proficiency in estimation software and tools.

*Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
