Senior Off-Page SEO & Outreach Specialist

About the Role

We’re not looking for a generic SEO.

We’re hiring a Senior Off-Page SEO Specialist who can own, execute, and scale our backlink acquisition strategy with a strong focus on:

• Paid Guest Posting
• Digital PR & Media Placements
• Authority Link Building

You will lead our off-page SEO efforts, guide an existing in-house SEO team, and build a repeatable outreach system that drives rankings and traffic.

If your experience is limited to directory submissions, forum links, or basic outreach this role is not for you.

Key ResponsibilitiesBacklink Strategy & Execution

• Plan and execute high-authority backlink strategies
• Acquire links through:
• Paid guest posting
• Niche edits
• PR placements
• Identify link opportunities competitors are using

Outreach System Ownership

· Build and manage outreach pipelines:

• Prospecting
• Email outreach
• Negotiation
• Placement tracking

· Create scalable outreach SOPs and templates

· Maintain relationships with publishers/webmasters

Team Leadership

• Guide internal SEO team on off-page strategy
• Assign outreach-related tasks and monitor execution
• Ensure deadlines and KPIs are met

Performance Tracking

· Track:

• Referring domains growth
• DR/DA improvements
• Traffic impact from backlinks

· Provide clear weekly reports with insights (not just numbers)

Required Skills (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

· Proven experience in:

• Paid guest posting at scale
• Digital PR campaigns
• Authority backlink acquisition

· Strong network of:

• Publishers / site owners / PR platforms

· Hands-on with tools:

• Ahrefs
• SEMrush
• BuzzStream or similar

· Ability to evaluate:

• Spam scores
• Link quality
• Anchor strategies

· Experience managing or mentoring a team

Do NOT Apply If:

· You only do free guest posting outreach

· You rely on PBNs, spam links, or Fiverr-style backlinks

· You cannot show real case studies or past results

· You’ve never handled budget-based link building campaigns

Bonus Points

• Experience in US-based markets
• Existing publisher/media connections
• Experience with PR distribution platforms
• Worked on competitive niches (like moving, finance, SaaS, etc.)

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

· Clear backlink strategy in place

· Outreach pipeline built & active

· 20–50+ quality links acquired (depending on budget)

· Team aligned and executing smoothly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
