Job Title: Officer/Senior Officer – MRP

Job Summary:
The Senior Officer – MRP will be responsible for managing and monitoring the Material Requirement Planning process to ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies in line with production schedules. The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP proficiency, and close coordination with the store, procurement, and production departments to optimize inventory levels and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and execute Material Requirement Planning (MRP) activities to align with production schedules.
• Perform ERP-based data entry and reporting related to inventory and material requirements.
• Review and update material master data, stock levels, and lead times in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with procurement and store teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Track and analyze consumption trends, generate reports, and recommend inventory optimization measures.
• Assist in preparing material forecasts and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records while ensuring confidentiality.
