Senior Officer Supply Chain & SME Financing – Digital Banking Group

Eligibility Criteria


Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field from a reputed institution.


Required Skill Set:

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain & SME financing with exposure to lending ecosystems.
  • Strong orientation toward achieving sales targets with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
  • Sound understanding of lending regulations (SBP PRs, ECIB, SME).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Strong command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for daily reporting, data analysis, and presentations.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer acquisition for Supply Chain & SME lending strategies to meet account and volume targets through channel enablement.
  • Conduct on-site relationship visits to potential Anchors/Suppliers/Distributors for sales pitches along with relevant teams.
  • Proactively identify and create sales leads through market research, client interactions, and referrals.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead qualification to conversion, ensuring the achievement of assigned business targets.
  • Execute assigned KPIs and sales targets within defined timelines.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, and Legal, to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of customized digital lending solutions for Supply Chain & SMEs.
  • Provide support to the team, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Support the development of a product performance dashboard for real-time visibility of key metrics.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to SME & Supply Chain products and customer onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and external partners to align with business goals.
  • Perform any additional tasks or special assignments as directed by management to support the organization’s digital transformation and sales growth strategies.


Experience :

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales management of lending products or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
