About the Role

We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency serving e-commerce and lead gen clients across the US, UK, UAE, and Pakistan. We run real budgets, hold real ROAS targets, and move fast. We're hiring one Senior Performance Marketer who can own paid media end-to-end — from research and campaign structure to creative direction, optimization, and reporting.

This is not a training role. You will be expected to produce results from week one.

What You'll Own

  • Full campaign management across Meta Ads and Google Ads for multiple clients
  • Creative strategy — briefing angles, hooks, and ad formats based on consumer research and competitor analysis
  • Campaign structure, audience strategy, and budget allocation decisions
  • Weekly performance reviews with documented diagnosis and decisions (not just screenshots)
  • Tracking verification — Pixel, CAPI, UTMs, GA4 — before every launch
  • Identifying post-click issues (landing page, offer, checkout friction) and flagging or actioning CRO fixes
  • Cross-referencing Meta-reported ROAS with actual platform revenue (Shopify/CRM)
  • Briefing the creative team with clear angle, hook, and copy direction

You Must Have

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads experience (not management, actual execution)
  • Proven track record managing budgets of $3,000–$30,000/month with documented ROAS or CPL outcomes
  • Deep understanding of Meta's current ad delivery (Advantage+, broad targeting, consolidated structure)
  • Ability to run structured creative testing — single-variable testing, not random launches
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Meta Pixel, and CAPI
  • Strong analytical mindset — you make decisions from data, not feelings
  • Experience working with e-commerce brands (Shopify preferred) or lead gen clients
  • Ability to write clear, compelling ad copy and brief designers/editors effectively

You're the Wrong Fit If

  • You need to be told what to test next
  • You've only managed small budgets with no accountability for results
  • You can't explain why a campaign failed beyond "CPM was too high"
  • You rely on boosting posts and call it performance marketing
  • You can't produce a diagnosis when something underperforms

Nice to Have

  • Experience with US/UK/UAE markets (not just Pakistan)
  • Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Omnisend, TripleWhale, or similar
  • Basic understanding of CRO and post-click funnels
  • Client-facing communication experience

What We Offer

Compensation is performance-based and uncapped.

  • Starting base: PKR 80,000/month
  • Salary increases directly tied to client results — strong performers move to PKR 120K, 150K, and up to PKR 200,000/month based on measurable outcomes
  • This isn't a slow annual review process — if you're hitting targets, your salary moves fast
  • Performance bonuses tied to client ROAS and retention (structured quarterly)
  • Growth path to Head of Performance as the agency scales
  • Exposure to international clients and real budgets (US, UK, UAE markets)
  • Hybrid work flexibility after onboarding

If money matters to you, results are the only thing standing between you and 200K/month. We have no problem paying that to someone who earns it.
