Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
- Build and optimize Power Automate flows including approvals, integrations, and complex business logic.
- Architect and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and ALM strategies.
- Implement and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including:
- Case Management
- SLAs & Entitlements
- Queues & Routing
- Knowledge Base
- Omnichannel (preferred)
- Develop business solutions integrated with SharePoint, Dataverse, and external APIs.
- Create dashboards, reporting, and business insights using Power BI (preferred).
- Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Dynamics 365 consultants, developers, QA, and PMs.
- Provide mentorship, best practices, and technical guidance to junior consultants.
- Ensure adherence to governance, security, and environment strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in developing custom PCF controls to meet specific business requirements.
- Solid understanding of Power Pages development to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience integrating third-party systems and services with Microsoft Power Platform using connectors and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps and Functions for workflow automation and integration.
- Hands-on experience with UI/UX design principles and tools.
