Job Title: Senior Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

The Senior Procurement Specialist supports the Head of Category in executing category strategies, leading complex sourcing activities, and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and value creation across assigned categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities including RFQs, tenders, and supplier negotiations
• Support development and execution of category strategies
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and integrated management systems
• Track KPIs, cost savings, and supplier performance
• Drive continuous improvement through digital tools, AI, and automation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and present category performance to management
• Mentor junior staff and support national talent development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Business / Engineering or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills
• CIPS / CPSM certification is an advantage
• Experience in complex sourcing and contract management
