Contract: IT Management and Governance Support Services (ITMGSS) Blanket Order Agreement (BOA), Task Order 1: Business Process Improvement (BPI) Support Services

PBG's McLean, VA office is seeking a hands-on, PMP-certified Project Manager to lead a dedicated Task Order focused on Business Process Improvement (BPI) for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board). This individual will be responsible for the successful execution of multiple Agile workstreams, managing dedicated sprint teams to analyze, document, and redesign the core economic and policy production processes at the Board. The Project Manager will serve as a key leader for the BPI sub-program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, actionable outputs like process maps, journey maps, and target-state designs. This role requires deep expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement in complex government environments, and the ability to translate business needs into technical and process-oriented solutions.
