Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in the United Arab Emirates for a Senior Real Estate Agent. In this position, you will drive property sales, manage client inquiries, and provide personalized customer service to meet client needs effectively. Responsibilities include preparing property listings, conducting property viewings, supporting clients through the buying or selling process, and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and sellers. You will also be required to stay updated on the real estate market and competitive landscape to provide strategic advice to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and proven experience in the real estate industry
• Proficiency in Real Property management and Sales strategies
• Strong Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with clients and close property transactions
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly advantageous
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to meet sales quotas
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage
